Opportunity

A Fortune 100 Technology client with a large engagement supporting a government client required a recruiting solution to augment their limited delivery bandwidth to fill over 195 positions.  Making the task at hand even more difficult was the requirement that all candidates had to possess active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information with Counter Intelligence Polygraph security clearances. 

The technology skill sets included Quality Assurance, PM Scheduling, Security Administration, System Administration, Requirements/Business Analysis, Infrastructure Analysis, Configuration & Data Management and Integration Architecture; most requiring strong ITIL v3 experience. 

The client’s challenges included: targeting a high-demand skill set with an active high-level security clearance, with a high volume of hires to be made in a compacted time frame of approximately 4 months.  GDH RPO partnered with the client’s Talent Acquisition team to develop a solution that would help to fill the funnel with more qualified candidates.

GDH RPO engaged with the client and developed an RPO Process Solution to meet their needs.  This partnership utilized the client’s more expensive FTE recruiters for negotiations and hiring, ensuring that candidate experience and onboarding were maximized, while strategically leveraging our nimble team across a broader footprint to provide sourcing and screening of candidates based on a custom designed profile that was SLA driven; delivering, on average,  over 25 new candidates per week.

Outcome

GDH RPO exceeded the engagement deliverables and outperformed SLA’s through the execution of its best practices and strong government sector experience, saving our client over 50% of traditional recruitment fees.  This would not have been possible without the dedicated bandwidth and delivery from GDH RPO.
