A Fortune 500 transportation logistics company required a recruiting solution as they embarked on a large tech initiative to start 2016. More specifically, the company needed to hire multiple senior Java and front-end UI Developers as soon as possible to staff a team large enough to take on the enterprise-wide project. The client’s challenges included: targeting a high-demand skill set; and hiring full time resources for relocation to a non-destination market.
GDH RPO engaged with the client and developed an RPO Process Solution to meet their needs. GDH RPO leveraged its best practices and national network to create a project-specific talent pipeline of sourced, screened, and skill-assessed candidates.
GDH RPO utilized its proprietary technical screening tool, which employs a custom assessment based on client-provided questions and answers to help make interview determinations on the front end.
GDH RPO successfully developed and executed the Process Solution tailored to our client’s needs. We exceeded on deliverables for the two-month engagement; the client onboarded 5 hires, and our client saved approximately 41% over a traditional recruitment fee in the initial engagement.
Due to this success, GDH RPO was asked to extend the engagement for an additional 4 months, expanding the focus to include Mobile Developers, Data Architects and Business Analysts.
